FAQ

  • How difficult is this pattern? What skill level is required?

Because of the number of curved pieces, I would consider this an intermediate pattern. If you feel confident in your curve sewing abilities, you should be fine with this pattern!

  • Is this pattern traditionally pieced?

For the most part, yes! There is no applique in this pattern. There are two small sections that are best assembled with very simple foundation paper piecing - if you've never done this before, this is the perfect time to try, and I will walk you through it! If you prefer to avoid FPP, there are templates you can use to piece those sections traditionally.

  • What if the BOM dates have passed?

You can sign up for this BOM anytime! If you join after the dates have passed, you will simply get immediate access to all patterns and content. If you join partway through, you will get all of the patterns and content that have been released so far.

  • What size does this pattern make?

The sample quilt shown is a throw size, though a larger version could be made by adding more blocks! Possible layouts for different sizes (including a baby size) are shown in the class content.
